Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 days after dispatch.

Please allow 3–5 days for us to process, pack, and dispatch your order. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local postal service.

Please note: Orders containing lighters may take longer to arrive due to customs inspections and clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

In most cases tracking information will begin updating once your parcel arrives in your destination country and is scanned by your local courier or postal service. This usually happens within 7 days of you receiving your tracking number.

After this 7 day period orders are delivered by your local courier within 48 hours of them receiving your parcel. (delivery times may vary depending on your local courier)
